House Cleaning Services FAQ
Guaranteed Cleaning Services
CleanComplete offers fully licensed and bonded cleaning professionals. All of our certified professionals undergo a thorough training program to ensure that your expectations are exceeded. We use only the latest cleaning products and equipment which effectively and safely clean.
Many seeking a cleaning service have the option of using an independent cleaner instead of licensed and bonded professionals such as those employed by CleanComplete, though the risks in this case may be substantial:
- Many do not carry general liability insurance which protects each client’s belongings during a cleaning session or workers compensation insurance which means clients are responsible for any damages leaving you open to unnecessary personal financial risk
- The responsibility for reporting payments to the IRS falls on the client; you are thus responsible for handling the employer’s payroll taxes
- Reliability is hindered due to the nature of relying on one individual cleaner rather than an integrated network of licensed and bonded professionals who work together to make sure your needs are met in a timely manner
- Independent cleaners may not offer professional service each time without excess situational challenges affecting reliability and their rates may not remain straightforward; they do not undergo a specific training program and have no standard with which to measure the quality of their performance
- Clients may wish to ask themselves the following before considering an independent cleaner: Do I know them? Was a reliable background check performed? Do I trust them in my home? Am I interested in handling year-end tax reporting on their behalf? Am I capable of paying for unexpected expenses which may develop should an injury occur?
What are the rates for each cleaning session?
CleanComplete offers a custom quote based on the size of the home, number of residents, pets, clutter, and floor types. We email or call you with a quote upon receiving a completed “Request a Quote” form. The form is available on our home page for easy access.
Will the rate remain the same for each cleaning session?
Every home requires an initial cleaning session which usually costs more than subsequent cleanings. After this initial session, each cleaning costs the same each time.
What methods of payment are accepted?
Payments are due on the day that each scheduled cleaning is performed. Many of our clients prefer that a credit card remain on file for convenience. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are acceptable credit cards. Checks left for collection at the end of each cleaning session are also accepted.
Who performs each cleaning?
Only CleanComplete employees who are adequately trained and approved as professional cleaners are hired to perform the cleaning needs of our clients. We do not subcontract with other businesses. Each cleaning professional arrives in a CleanComplete branded vehicle and all employees are professionally uniformed, fully insured, and bonded.
How are appointments and cleaning services handled?
Cleaning sessions occur on those days which best suit your needs and an estimated window of time for arrival may be disclosed to those who wish to call our office and get a more specific time frame. Throughout each day, arrival times are subject to variables which may occur though our cleaners arrive during a specific time period each business day.
Can rooms be cleaned on a rotation basis?
Clients may request that rooms which are not used often be cleaned on a rotating basis or not at all based on their specific needs. Such rooms can be treated as “will-call” spaces which our cleaners will only clean should you make a request or on a scheduled rotation (e.g., biweekly, monthly, etc.) which can be set up in advance.
How might I prepare my home prior to the initial CleanComplete cleaning?
Clients are asked to please provide CleanComplete with a clutter-free environment which will allow the team to fully and satisfactorily clean the house.
Are cleaning products provided by CleanComplete for each session?
All cleaning equipment and products are provided by CleanComplete.
Are customers expected to be away from the home during cleaning sessions?
Customers may come and go as they please. CleanComplete performs each cleaning session with the same standards regardless of whether homeowners are present or absent.
Are pets expected to be kept secure during cleaning sessions?
Pet owners are encouraged to please secure pets outside of cleaning areas prior to the arrival of our cleaning team. Furthermore, for sanitation and safety, our teams do not clean flea-infected homes or touch animal excrement.
How may I discuss cleaning services or offer feedback?
The initial “Fresh Start” clean marks the first cleaning of your home. On the business day thereafter our team will contact you to ensure your satisfaction, consider any feedback, and go over your experience.
After each cleaning session, our team will leave a green “Comment Card” behind which allows you to send us your feedback. We enjoy hearing from our clients and desire to hear any thoughts or requests that may relate to our services! This information may be faxed or mailed to us to maintain confidentiality or it may be left for the team arriving on the following cleaning session date.
Every 90 days we follow up with our clients to ensure complete satisfaction and every six months we utilize a “Satisfaction Survey” which allows you to detail your experience thus far. This is an opportunity to offer any feedback that you feel would improve the quality of our services and your satisfaction. Each and every client is highly encouraged to contact us via email or telephone at the office to discuss any concerns or questions!
What may I do if I am unsatisfied for any reason?
Our clients are encouraged to call the office within 24 hours if a cleaning occurs which is unsatisfactory for any reason. CleanComplete will return to your home as soon as possible to address any concerns and honor Our Promise to you!
